I had George Marsh...Yup, I had a brain slip there. I had George Marshall's right films, just the wrong surname! George Stevens won two Oscars and did more "prestige" films, but George Marshall did some good genre! The Gazebo did get one Oscar nomination, for costume design, somewhat surprisingly to me. I didn't think Oscar usually favored contemporary costuming, especially for a smallscale film like this. Maybe it was Mabel Albertson's hats!
